The Corporate Diversity & Community Affairs Department is dedicated to implementing the Company's Diversity Initiative. This department is led by:

- Phyllis A. James, MGM Resorts International Senior Vice President of Corporate Diversity & Community Affairs and Senior Counsel
- Debra Nelson, Vice President Corporate Diversity, Communications & Community Affairs
The Diversity Committee of the Board, whose members are:

- Roland Hernandez, Board Committee Member

The Corporate Diversity Council is comprised of individuals representing the major business disciplines including Human Resources, Purchasing, Construction, Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Media Relations, Diversity and Philanthropy. Property Presidents provide guidance relative to diversity at the property level:

Purchasing Diversity Council is comprised of individuals representing corporate and property purchasing representatives.
