Recently I had the opportunity to participate in "Emergenitics", a great tool that helps you communicate better, understand others, and build stronger and more productive teams. Throughout the years, MGM Resorts International has sent me to attend courses and conferences that gave me a better understanding of myself, taught me to make better business decisions, and to stay current with industry trends.
What has been your most memorable moment
working at MGM Resorts International?
There have been so many memorable moments that it is impossible to choose just one. Throughout the years, I have loved to be part of this growing company. We are now a Fortune 500 corporation. As we have built new properties, or merged with other corporations, I have truly enjoyed the opportunity to meet new people and learn from all walks of life. MGM Resorts International is an exciting place to be and the future is promising!
If you could give any advice or words of wisdom to applicants looking into MGM Resorts International as a career choice, what would you say?
Simple. Take every opportunity you can. Don't be afraid to take a chance.
