MGM GRAND Macau, set to become a stylish new icon on the Macau skyline, is a development born of the partnership of two prominent industry leaders and innovators, Pansy Ho and MGM Resorts International.
Pansy Ho, a principal business figure in Hong Kong and Macau, is the Managing Director of Shun Tak Holdings Ltd., which is a public-listed conglomerate in Hong Kong with a diverse portfolio of investments in shipping, property and hospitality. MGM Resorts International, being the world's leading and most respected hotel and entertainment company, combine their considerable experience and creativity with Pansy Ho to develop this world-class luxury entertainment resort.
MGM GRAND Macau hotel resort is a unique structure located on a prime waterfront site in Macau's central burgeoning Nam Van gaming district. The 600-room, 35-storey hotel tower rises 154 meters into the sky, and as the shimmering glass of the building reflects the hues of the South China Sea, the shape of the hotel itself mirrors the rolling swell of the ocean surf. Separated into three distinct segments as the building rises skywards, it projects three brilliant shades of gold. The total project investment is an approximation of USD$1.06 billion.
